We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the product. Please make sure that you review all product information and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@enchantingbella.ae, within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make it right.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns about the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
